The garage is a two car garage with wall to wall carpet, and brand new storage cabinets that are professional made and look great. Other items... the roof is new or about one year old. There are two new air condition units, with heat pumps, one for up stairs one for down stairs. New Jacuzzi heating unit for the deck Jacuzzi.

The dock system has a walkway that goes over the wet land to the main dock which has a boat slip. We park our boat on the outside of the dock.
